  • All orders paid and received prior to 12pm will be shipped same day. Your item will be sent via Australia Post or Toll IPEC depending on the item size & weight.
  • You will receive email notification when your order has been shipped. This email will contain your unique tracking number. N.B. these emails are sent at the end of each day, regardless of the time your order was shipped.
  • Customers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment. Courier providers (not Australia Post) may contact the buyer prior to the delivery day.
  • Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid. myOZeshop is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers. This also includes failure to provide an answered phone number which is essential to facilitate delivery of bulky freight.
  • Please be aware that PO Boxes cannot receive items above 22kg or longer than one metre. We highly recommend that you change your delivery address to a workplace for items that are large and bulky prior to purchase.
  • Where goods are sent through Australia Post, the buyer may receive a card in their letterbox indicating their item is available for pickup from their local post office.
  • A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
  • Deliveries are kerbside; that is to your front door only and do not include assembly or rubbish removal. Additional charges may be incurred where kerbside delivery is not possible. Delivery charges and estimated times will depend on where your product is being delivered. You must ensure correct delivery address details are provided to us. We shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet the delivery date on the nominated day.
  • Where palletised or other heavy consignments are shipped to customers without the appropriate unloading equipment, additional costs are incurred to provide vehicles fitted with hydraulic tail lifts.

Please Note: Products are not displayed at the warehouse and orders cannot be placed on site. We do not dispatch to courier companies and we do not have a customer pick up facility.
